Should the neet finally try to make something of himself he's going to be taking orders from people more dumb and less capable than him sitting on their asses in meetings while he's doing entry level work. His contemporaries will be owning houses and having families while he struggles to navigate just keeping a car registered and doing taxes. The only people in his social class will be druggies and 80 iq shitskins. He'll likely jump from job to job remaining at entry level doing the hardest work for the lowest pay. Women still won't give him the time of day. He might get lucky and find the loneliest most desperate dried up roastie that gave her best years to the job so he can shack up with her and not be homeless. Otherwise, the real fun is either living in his car or rotating between homeless programs being victimized by the insane drug addicted vagrants. Eventually, he'll stabilize, find some kind of environment to play vidya in and continue in his isolation the same way it has always been. Only, he can no longer hide from the reality that everyone around him is living while he sleeps, like it has been his entire life. There will be no collapse. No great day of reckoning. Just the endless wait for it to finally be over, having been forgotten a long time ago.
