It's a combination of things. A huge one is that young women get into these fad diets like veganism. Even hippies, that would've been a minority, at least they would have gotten a certain amount of animal fats from something like milk or eggs. It matters because certain tissues in your body can't even regenerate properly without them. Which means that as someone hits like 30 they start to age faster.Women love their sun holidays, bathing or going in sunbeds. This damages the skin. Traditionally even up until a several decades ago women would've spent a lot of time at home with their children. The "childfree" life involves a lot more travel, to sunnier places too.The other problem is alcohol and sugars. Women love their super sweet drinks. Such a thing would've been a real luxury in the past but women just load up on stuff, even their carmel frappecunio or whatever it's basically just sugar, with syrup, ice and coffee added on top.People also just eat way too much. My grandparents lived into their 90s and they just had these small, simple meals. Never big massive plates, and one grandmother who lived to 95 she would just have boiled egg for breakfast, and she would just have simple things meat, veg (non-processed).The thing that convinced me that there was something to the keto diet (cutting out sugar) and also just eating intermittently and avoiding huge meals was my ex, who was German, her mother was 51 at the time and she would just eat like meat and veg for dinner, boiled egg for breakfast, that was it. Very boring, but no cereals or sugar or anything like that. But she looked a lot younger for her age. If you'd have said something like 35 I would've believed it.As for the vaxx. I don't know.
