the Lindsay Clancy case resulted in the first ever real beginning of an Ontological War between genders.
Not only did it result in many marriages and relationships being cancelled or falling apart, but many men are now genuinely scared of the idea of having children. Not just in the US, but world-wide.
Not because of the threat of financial loses for the man, but due to the very animalistic fear of one's children being slaughtered by mothers.

If you don't understand that this is the start of THE WAR, then I genuinely can't help you.
This is nothing compared to fighting over ideologies for the past many centuries. This is the war of meaning over what is a man and what is a woman, and whether our species will continue.
