Being able to drink tap water is a sign of being a civilized, 1st world nation. I would have expected expect Lithuania and Latvia to be civilized and 1st world, since they're Baltic nations, just like Estonia.So why is tap water drinkable in Estonia, but not Lithuania and Latvia? I thought all Baltic nations are the same.
