A few hours ago a school shooter in Philippines town of Bangbang, shot to death 3 school kids and himself.

Before shooting himself to the head he fired non aimed shots towards a crowd of children

Eight wounded but havent died yet

An eyewitness who sat at same table at school meal, said "shooter said, this is my final meal, a mayhem starts after"

Philippines said they have strict gun laws.
