I lost 63 lbs, the future is bright! After 8 months, my first photo of the new, old body, see I told it was there under all that fat, 63 pounds of fat. I didn't lose weight, I removed it with precision. 7.8 lbs a month. My motivation was, simply living longer, if I didn't lose weight I probably would be dead by now. Feeling grateful. The future is lighter and brighter, Lambright!
