I think leadership and management are actually vocations backed up by talent, not professions backed up by theory and academiaI don't think it could apply to leadership roles but I think there should managerial apprenticeships. The only issue is that testing for management/administrative prowess is horrendously expensive and difficult. Maybe AI can provide a simulation of a month long project.

I met one.Its bad, very fucking bad but older style of bad whete its blackmail based and they (team of 30) get you blackmailed then ease off the breaks for a month then start other games once they realize you've "seen" and "heard" things.Alot of small hints like if you sweep a floor they post a job for a cleaner the next day and make comments about it coming from numerous people. Basically schizo gang stalking from the same 30 people who are super nice to you in a predatory way.Also their family members will light X on fire and you'll see them, ontop of seeing them running interdirection efforts when they do start a fire just to "manufacture a situation" where they need (more resources)Yet they will deny any and all efforts to improve the situation constantly shuffle you around and waste time and effort just to manufacture a situation where they can say you havent """finished"""" anything.Nobody locally or imported stands up to it or presses any issue cause its all a big game and the second you dont play they put you on yhe shitlist or start smear campaigns, or innocently ask you for specifics on things that "could be" used or blamed on you.Also people who were indifferent to you will randomly start hating you and arguing with you, then later break down and say they wete following orders when it doesnt work.

I assume most. The higher I got on a management ladder at work the more psychopathic traits I saw in my peers so I assume people peter principal themselves at the level of psychopath they are. Have only met one that I was sure was 100% and he's the head of a handyman company across 5 states.
