Exxon's diesel refinery in Illinois is fully offline and has no restart date. It started a week ago with a power outage. This caused a flood that overwhelmed a pump and a whole series of problems. That is 11M gallons of diesel taken offline.Very hard to believe these problems are not all planned to wind down the US.
