Some people think this vote buying, but it's not uncommon. For example in India, Parvesh Verma and Edappadi K. Palaniswami tried similar things. I am sure you could name a few yourself. That's essentially what they do anyway - they make you think your pockets will be overflowing with cash if you vote for them.What do you think? Is it vote buying?
