They already know more about the F-35 program than any stakeholder who took part in its manufacturing aside from the US and Israel. They already have their knock-off version in the J-35. They're also going forward with their own experimental tech in the J-36 and J-50.I question the motives for such an operation today unless the parts being shipped are subject to some iterative change that came after the Chinese hacks and spare-part robberies that happened in the past decade.
