Judge protects the corporate freedom of speech to keep customers ignorant and uninformed about cancer inducing poison they put into food products, which was threatened by consumer protection laws enforcing transparent labeling
https://sourcenm.com/2026/09/18/federal-judge-sides-with-manufacturers-blocks-new-mexicos-pfas-labeling-rule/

USA! USA! USA! FUCK CONSUMERS! LIBTARDS OWNED!

I highly doubt the labeling would've deterred Americans anyway. I certainly don't know anyone, including myself, who has ever read a label on a food product just to ensure it's not carcinogenic

pfas do not cause cancer in humans. the idea that pfas are dangerous to humans is a just another left wing hoax. They are chemically inert.
>>

Your balls are inert, pussy
>>
>>542858894
Insane

>>542859083
Maybe time to start doing it?

the american cattle class is a farm product to be made sick so the medical industry can harvest them. there is no Uniparty will against this.
>>
>>542863210
you don't understand the depths of this insane hoax. The left loves pfas because they stick around and can be found in just about everything so the left can easily weaponize them to do basically whatever they want - sue companies, shut down farms, force cities to install unnecessary water filtration systems, basically sabotage life for regular americans.

>They are chemically inert.

They don't need to be chemically active to cause harm.
The same way a gold brick that's dropped from a roof onto someone's head can kill them from the impact, the gold is "chemically inert" but can cause harm in other ways. So too can a chemically inert solid or liquid or gas cause harm if it remains in the environment, enters the body, builds up until it acts on a mechanism of the body, and the body does not have the means necessary to remove it or otherwise deal with shit that was invented within the last 100-200 years.

> eat a "chemically inert" substance
> substance collects in small intestine
> "why can't my small intestine collect nutrients any more?"
> "chemically inert" material is literally built up in films blocking nutrient intake
but, gdp line goes upward, right?

>refusing to state potential dangers of using your product is protected speech
God I hate jews.
>>
>>542858894
just publish fake studies that PFAS makes people straight and you will have it labeled with pictures like tobacco
>>
>>542865791
pfas does nothing to humans. there are so many more dangerous chemicals out there that for them to obsess over pfas is criminal waste of time.

CAPITLAISM HO!

can you imagine the shitshow we'd have now if no government regulations existed? lmao
>>
>>542866422
It cuts both ways. Some things would be better, some would be worse. And more than likely you'd have regulation reinvent itself through private means, or through fiefdoms forming out of the anarchy. You have a very simplistic view of the world.
