Why is the modern alt-right so lame? Most of the major right wing personalities online are dudes in their 20s wearing goodwill suits doing Patrick Bateman impressions who started reading Nietzsche yesterday. Most of them are christcucks and the majority don't know jackshit about politics and are total pseudo intellectuals. Fascists/Third Positionists used to be revolutionary and radical, they had edge, they were forward thinking, they embraced the future while honoring the past, they weren't a bunch of frat guys raised by their grandparents who just want to go back to the fifties. They also just fundamentally don’t know anything about their enemies. The old fascists, many of them, were former socialists, they read and were well versed in the works of Marx, and in many ways respected and understood the weight of his analysis. They vehemently disagreed, but they didn’t dismiss Marxism as illogical the way the modern right does. The modern right relies on straw-manning and ad hominem attacks against their enemies. They rely entirely on illogical argumentation.
