But the economic logic is simple and compelling. The 'gig' employment trend demonstrated that Americans absolutely WILL work without employer healthcare coverage. And this model is going to be expanded throughout the corporate economy in the next several years. Healthcare packages will be increasingly limited to executive-level employees. Be prepared.
