Iraq and Afghanistan cost us somewhere in the range of 10 to 15 TRILLION.

There's also the other costs of the war that the Pentagon isn't going to report, like the hit to the US economy from everything costing more to transport now because of massively increased diesel and gasoline prices. It's got to be in the trillions of dollars of lost productivity this year alone.
