In this week's episode of Jungle Planet we visit the subtropical regions of the globe, home of two very unique species...The Mexican..And the Jeet..Whilst battles may be rare, the ever expanding territory of the Jeet see's them increasingly coming into contact with the much more aggressive Mexican. Battles are frequent, but short lived. 1 Mexican male alone has been known to eviscerate a troop of up to a dozen Jeet males. Our camera crew is amongst the first to capture footage of such a battle.
