When you look at the features that are promoted by lookism they are such that were universally and instinctively seen as negative like square jaw(impulsive, dumb), hunter eyes(psychopath) and general dimorphism. These people could be useful in something like the medieval times or as manual laborers nowadays but when these people not only get praised but become the norm you instantly start living in idiocracy. When you look at inventors, thinkers, scientists and in general high trust people they never look like that.

you would have to be pretty damn dysgenic to believe that lookism and eugenics are the same thing, if anything, people selecting only for appearance has brought about an epidemic of NPD and cluster B disorders, obviously people are going to want to be physically attracted to their partner in some capacity, but the whole culture of hypergamy, using terms like SMV, is probably really bad for us on an evolutionary scale, and you shouldn't let people who think like that dictate how society functions.
