I find the sweet spot is 3 days. Just go 3 days without jacking off. Too often and you'll get mood swings and confidence issues. More than 3 days and it won't affect you as much. Rebuilding testosterone in that 3-day window is what leads me to start talking to girls. Going too long on the other hand resets to baseline insecurity.
