It's made that way not out of a sense of holistic systemic malice but as a way to make profit. There are several separate parties both public and private with separate but similar interests that work to keep you poor, sick, and dependent on them for profit. Extroversion is the norm here because you are expected to sell everything and anything for a pretty penny. This creates nothing of real value. Socially, it's also emphasized to have your secrets be used as a way to gain leverage over others. Education isn't valued by those in charge as a genuine investment in developing skills or independent thought, but as a paper metric measured by compliance. People who show genuine interest in academic or technical subjects are discouraged socially because nobody here is ever taught to value things, that is, until they need people to build new systems and solve difficult problems (hence why they import milions of chinks in their tech firms). Business owners here will give away all of their trademarked product quality and abandon the idea of investing in the future in order to make profit in the present. American culture is that of extreme myopia, selfishness, overindulgence, and stupidity. There's nothing for me to be 'proud' of about this country especially if they'll take in anyone regardless of who they are and how much they value these pseudo-morals that we call "American Values"
