Why haven't Indians made a single step of progress since World War II? Even now, eighty years later, they live in cities that resemble open sewers, filled with filth and garbage. They defecate and urinate right out in the open on the streets. Why can't India develop the way South Korea or Japan have? Are Indians truly a subhuman inferior even to sub-Saharan Blacks?
