It also has abstracted cross-domain applicability, which I know is a pretentious phrase but like, when you internalize how that shit works well enough to the point that it becomes a single self-contained idea or intuitive sense that you can load into your brain without having to really think about it and just apply the concept reflexively, it can help you think better about other shit that's not directly related to math in surprising ways.
