Protip, just use a pair of fucking scissors to cut up your leafy greens, its easier. Keep a pair in the kitchen for this sole purpose.Optional, heat sliced buns in oven.Place base of bun down first, add grated carrot, then the greens, then a handful of grated cheese.. On goes the hot patty, add sauce of choice, and place top bun. And its done!Tah Dah! Watch me make this succulent burger disappear. Literally less than 10 minutes once you got the process sorted.Protip. You still have some down time while doing this, so clean and put stuff away as you do this, saves time later. Sometimes if I feel expansive I will make what I call "EL BURGER SUPREMO". I have no idea why I call it this. It just came to me. But what you do first is fry some finely chopped onions done in butter, then get a bowl, add the mince, the cooked onions, an egg, some Worcestershire sauce, some fucking Italian herbs if you want, and breadcrumbs. Mix into a nice sloggy mess by hand and form patties. Fucking delicious and worth the extra work. You will be burger heaven. Sometimes I cba with any of that and just fry a patty to have in a bun, nothing else except Watties Tomatoe sauce. Still better than MacD.
