I've been waiting for this thread!I've never had a cavity, only plaque that I remove once every year or so.But after 1 year in Japan, there is a black spot forming. It doesn't hurt at all, so I thought maybe it's not a cavity.I've since bought toothpaste with the highest concentration of allowed Fluoride and even tried flossing daily, but the spot is still there.Am I fucked? can this be some sort of stain/plaque?Vitamin K2 is in Spinach, isn't it?
