Judges are rarely at fault for stuff like early prison release, out on bail, probation and so on. You simply can't lock everyone up for any/every crime and lose the key. Bail or least not excessive bail is a constitutional right. Plea deals drop sentencing and a lot of reeeeee the judge did what cases have complicated legal issues.Most of the nigger with a rap sheet does more crime isn't a judicial issue. Being if you dive into the case beyond the headline blip there is always system based reasons behind rulings.

It is constitutionally legal for a city/town to forcefully throw out a judge by any means necessary if the people find that they are not upholding the law. That's all I can say.

But the judge just overrules them and sentences them to 2 months of probation. Usually multiple times until they end up committing a murder. Sometimes even after committing a murder. There's problems with lazy and incompetent cops, DAs and prosecutors declining to charge or not giving it their all, and nigger/White woman juries letting obviously guilty people off. But all of these pale in comparison to the damage judges are doing. Even if everything else works exactly perfectly a judge will reliably come in at the end and just erase all of it and let the nigger go.
