The problem with linux is that there are 400 different distros, and non of them “just works”. Yes windows does have its own problems, but its still easier to use than dealing with linux.

I took a couple years where I mostly used different distros on an old laptop trying them out, and the way you can logically express everything to represent exactly what you want your system to be is definitely its own fun game.
win10 iot ltsc is JUST BARELY usable enough to make me happy because its effectively reskinned 7, if I wake up one day and it auto updates to even the ltsc version of 11 then im purging the whole system
