They also have that electrolyte shit you can put in the water or electrolyte popsicles. Its not a law, they do it out of fear of someone passing out and falling and hitting their head, falling in a machine or having a heat stroke and the company getting sued. Never heard of companies that do outdoor work (paving, roofers, landscaping, construction etc) providing shade, but how hard would it be to setup a pop-up tent on site and have a table with a water cooler under it for guys who are out in the sweltering sun and heat all day?
