Just make fucking food at home. It’s. It even hard. This will be Greek Avgolemono soup at some point in the next few hours. I’ve already squeezed all the lemons (padded it out with an orange and a lime). I’ve already sautéed the vegetables in duck fat, deglazed with Aldi white wine, and added chicken stock with essentially herbs de Provence. I’ll start some chicken thighs in a couple hours on the stove and finish them in the oven. I’ll probably make crispy chicken skin for the top of the soup. I have some good feta to put on top. I’m like 15 bucks in, and I’ll eat this for the next 5 days.
