I first tried the bathtub with warm water, with my feet jammed up against the wall, and I slept two hours before the water got too cold and awoke me, but it was the best sleep in years.I got the bigger round hot tub in Costco on sale for $500, which keeps me warm, and lets me stretch out on my back. In it I sleep like a a baby, and only for five hours, after which I awake refreshed and energized.Before I could sleep 12 or 14 hours, and still be tired on awaking. In retrospect, it is weird to go to sleep and wake up tired, after you have just recharged your brain. I think a lot of people may be getting this in some low-level neighborhood-wise form.But what you have not seen yet is how bad those directed energy weapons are. They began beaming him, and you can watch him die, day by day.You get desperate enough, you can sleep under any conditions.
