I eat processed food all the time and look and feel fine at the age of 32. Very clear skin, full head of hair, fit and put on muscle at the gym with some effort. At the same time I know people who do "clean eating" just meat and vegetables, no alcohol etc who look pretty shit compared to me. I think the bulk of health is just genetics.
