As a spic, I would want a peaceful environment where people don't harass me or are liable to rob me. I also like the cold and hate the heat, go figure. But, is there really a 50% tax? That seems so extreme omg. Probably someone who is retired I have to imagine. Not a working class immigrant that's for sure.

Granted, they also give you some credits if you get married or for each child you have, you get other benefits as well usually. Like muh free healthcare.But the main problem is the brownification of the countries. The browns always abuse what are essentially honour rules in vast numbers. They don't foresee or care about the consequences. That's why their countries are shit and covered in plastic waste. Low trust, low empathy, "not my problem" and is what ruins things.What will surprise you though is just how shit the wages are in Europe. $100k salary in the US has become the new $50k of 10+ years ago. But a lot of entry level skilled (software engineer who graduated with relevant degree) jobs in Europe are still below that old figure. And then you get fucked on tax as well.muh free healthcare" is also shit. Beyond anything basic like a doctors visit (which isn't that expensive, like 60 euro privately last time I went), it gets bad. If you have anything serious like cancer you get put on a waiting list where you can be turning into a skeleton and turning yellow before you get the surgery. If you have an injury, like a foot injury that gives you trouble for years, they just keep giving you the steroid injection rather than the corrective surgery (that fixes muscle or removes scar tissue) because the surgeons in the public sector are already backed up with the more essential shit. So you actually need proper healthcare you have to pay for it. It gets even more ridiculous when you learn that the same consultants/people you will pay to "skip the queue" to go privately are the same ones in the public sector too sometimes. So the whole system is a joke that needs overhauling but people have a bizarre religious fixation on it and assume any reform is evil.In short, Europe is shit if you want to enter the upper-middle class by working a skilled job. Not doable anymore.
