>>543498601The actual answer is "nobody really", but it's becoming increasingly embarrassing for Russia and Ukraine's newfound long range strike capability is causing some real economic distress. But on the flip side Ukraine is incredibly stretched on the front lines because they don't have the same manpower pool as Russia does (and generally much less willingness to throw that manpower into suicidal attacks), it's basically becoming a race to see which side cracks first. There have been rumours about Russia planning some sort of attack on one of the Baltic states as an extreme "escalate to deescalate" measure and if there's any substantial truth to that then Moscow is presumably starting to get a little desperate.
