Racial based IQ scores are a myth. It is entirely based on the level and quality of education present in a country, which is not correlated with race. Getting a proper education makes you better at IQ tests, and first world countries have cultures which foster the types of skills learned on tests. Those in less developed countries aren't inherently inferior and would be easily as smart on average if they were provided the same level and quality of education. Individual scores of communities within places like America aren't relevant either as black and/or poor communities receive lower quality and level of education compared to white communities. Additionally Asian countries have higher scores due to having more rigorous cultures and schooling focused more on skills applicable to IQ tests, rather than Asians simply being "smarter"
