It's very funny to me how retarded the Trump admin is in their ability to sabotage their own goals and objectives.

Hegseth and the DOD are being sued currently by transgender soldiers for their attempt to kick them out of the military. The plaintiffs in the case (trans troops) are arguing that the policy is arbitrary and capricious and that Hegseth's desire to kick them out is driven by personal animus.

Now obviously the DoD lawyers are trying to argue in court that this policy is driven strictly by objective facts and troop readiness concerns, but having the fucking Secretary out in public saying "no trannies" along side a list of other derogatory slurs really spells it out crystal clear for the courts that this is just a vendetta against trans people.

Very ironic that posting "no trannies" makes it 100% more likely that they remain in the military.
