Daily reminder to leave the workplace pension scheme as soon as you can. Don't be gullible enough to actually believe your employer is matching your pension contributions every month out of the kindness of their heart. Every time I request to leave it in jobs the HR department send me passive aggressive emails back and set up meetings to "educate" and "inform" about it and how you REALLY SHOULDNT DO IT PLEASE BRO PLEASE DONT LEAVE IT.

Something isn't right about it, something is going on and I believe its used as a tool to suppress wage growth

My reform branch story.

>be me, unemployed, applying for jobs, no frens, 1 year ago
>randomally my phone goes
>its the reform campaign manager for my local branch
>he wants me to be the local ward manager, to begin with i refuse, tell him to give me a call if he hasnt found anyone in a week
>the funny part is, I wasn't a member of reform, i later come to find out that i applied for a london regional manager role a year ago and they kept my details on file.
>become ward manager, then become multiple ward manager, become co-campaign manager.
>start off with 5 members end up with 300+ in my local area. become a well known member in my branch, become a paid member
>do lots more for the branch, fix things, make things, do things etc etc.
>get elected to my local branch committee. (big deal) after building it since we didnt have one.
>my hope is getting a job at hq or even winning a seat in my local area.
>find the last of our members, get them out leafleting, groups, chat groups, databases, door knocking, invited to all the big venues, meet alot of big people.
>this goes on for 3 months
>guy who was helping me, turns on me, takes credit for my work. takes all my titles off me in branch (5)
>inform other members, they think sour grapes.
>campaign mode
>guy fucks up entire campaign, only wants to get himself elected, no one gets elected in my local area.
>months pass, no meetings
>people start turning on this guy and want him out. he turns on more people kick people out destorys commitee. stops us from having meetings.
>form a group with the soul focus of knocking this guy out of the branch.
>people start begging me to go back on the committee. i say wheres the incentive? suggest money/buying me a new pc. this is followed by murmers and just letting me be.
>another guy steps up, doing the kinda stuff i used to do for branch, raging alcoholic, sends messages to members and seniors in reform between midnight and 3am
>members REALLY begging me to stand
what do?
>>

Not an easy solution buddy, a lot of challenges, a lot of community problems, very hard situation, impossible to change. We just need to come together or some shit as a community. A community rife with challenges. Really challenging stuff that can't be changed. We can't just kick them out, there's a lot of challenges you're not seeing, and community problems and challenges.

Yeah thats what I mean. The workplace pension scheme does use providers. I just don't believe you'll ever see that money and find it extremely suspicious that they go to red alert the moment you ask to withdraw from the scheme. Why would an employer go mental at an employee not wanting to participate in a scheme that forces them to match their contributions by law? Shouldn't their accounts be doing cartwheels over it? Something isn't right about all this

just follow the rules

Making statements that equate Muslims with misogynists, paedophiles, uneducated, people who “sponge off the state”
Making comments that imply Muslims have come here illegally
Making comments that imply Muslims should be grateful for being allowed to be in Britain
Making comments implying Muslims are disloyal to Britain but to some other nation or to the wider Muslim world.
Making comments that imply Quranic teachings are backward and reductive to women and other groups
Implying that supporting members who practice their faith will be dangerous to the safety or rights of other protected groups within the Party.
Policing or drawing attention to religious observation e.g. observing daily prayers, wearing hijab
Exclusion from being considered for positions within local parties or the national party for fear of “extremists/terrorist sympathisers” taking over the party
Refusing to acknowledge local demographics when selected or supporting colleagues standing for election, for fear of the party being taken over by “extremists/terrorist sympathisers”
Organising ALL Party socials and activities around venues with alcohol, excluding observant Muslims.
Ignoring and not engaging with Muslims who physically exhibit signs of their Muslimness
Behaving as if Muslims speaking or drawing attention to themselves is wrong and is detrimental to the image of the Party
Expressing double standards between Muslims and other groups
Subjective data gathering that allows for Muslim communities to be undervalued at electoral level
Having the expectation that Muslims should apologise for acts done by other people
Treating Muslims as a monolithic group who all share the same opinion or ways of practicing their faith
Treating colleagues differently because they are not the “right type” of Muslim
Being apologetic about speaking the truth when it comes to defending Muslim Communities on a Comms level.

i've told the members i want to leave the branch in a better place than i found it in.
he is going down. thats a cert. but heres the interesting part.
hes just called a meeting soon. my membership expires at the end of the month. its likely we will call for a vote of no confidence, but the NEXT meeting after will be the meeting of the vote. which is likely going be after my membership expires. a couple said they would pay for my membership. now they arent saying that anymore.

i still dont know if i am going to renew my membership. they still beg me to stand for position in committee. its not something i want unless i am getting paid. or at the very least a brand new pc.
>Spoke to the guy who wants to lead the branch (Committee),
>He said he might join restore himself if this plot fails
>If he did, he'd want me to join him in organizing it.
>or Join him in this new commitee being set up.
>Imply again that i want a new computer if i do it. he implies back that we are in the same boat. says i should ask the government see if they giving away free computers.
>I Laugh, hang up the phone
>next day he messages me about this prick calling a meeting and asks for my advice.
>hes concerned the alkie will stand for the comittee position and win, fucking up the branch again
>begs me again.

i cant work for free for the rest of my life. half of the reason i am thinking of leaving is because theres nothing in it for me and i need to back to applying for jobs or even starting my own thing.
>grifters
i am not selling anything, I am not promoting anything. I've proven my skills to these people, they are happy, they are impressed. i've done it for free for a solid year now. i keep applying for jobs at HQ, nothing back. I've given my time away for free. time i should have spent on getting employment. i gave to the party/branch/local community/other members/the party itself/the local branches coffers.

i've told them before they were making a mistake, they are likely to make more mistakes without my input. i am the youngest there. most of them are in thier 50s/60s. they need my help. they need my skills and time. i am willing to give them that, for compensation. i've proven myself. they need to prove themselves to me, otherwise this is all going to be a waste of time.
they are going to fail for reasons they dont understand.

Why don't you tell these people that clearly rate your leadership to jump to a different party? I don't like party politics, but from what I see, Restore seems to actually care about what they're pushing for, and hence the people in that party want success for the belief, rather than themselves. Reform is frankly full of idiots, dregs, degenerates, boomers and parasites. Restore seems more so like what Reform should be.

>The leftist is not typically the kind of person whose feelings of inferiority make him a braggart, an egotist, a bully, a self-promoter, a ruthless competitor. This kind of person has not wholly lost faith in himself. He has a deficit in his sense of power and self-worth, but he can still conceive of himself as having the capacity to be strong, and his efforts to make himself strong produce his unpleasant behavior. [1] But the leftist is too far gone for that. Hisfeelings of inferiority are so ingrained that he cannot conceive of himself as individually strong and valuable. Hence the collectivism of the leftist. He can feel strong only as a member of a large organization or a mass movement with which he identifies himself.

We hear men speaking for us of new laws strong and sweet,
Yet is there no man speaketh as we speak in the street.
It may be we shall rise the last as Frenchmen rose the first,
Our wrath come after Russia's wrath and our wrath be the worst.
It may be we are meant to mark with our riot and our rest

But we are the people of England; and we have not spoken yet.

I find when boomers complain about how things are, and you join in, they get upset. As though being a victim is one of their many properties and to lose even one part of their portfolio is to become poorer overall.

Who even likes it when they're interviewed by a woman, hired by a woman, presided over by a woman, then fired over the phone by a woman?
The worse workplaces include those where the men just act like bitter women and this seems to happen when the work isn't results based but vibes based and the employment is only just above a skeleton crew (working the same hours as a full crew).

Nobody believes me, but it's the numbers. We'll have to inject another 1M+ gimmiegrants to keep this ridiculous show on the road. You wait. Screencap this. It's a mathematical fact.

Whether its browns from the EU or browns shipped direct from shithole countries.

>You, like I, are on a korean basket weaving fourm in the middle of the week in the middle of the day.

True. Look. Im not having a go, a personal swipe with the Ted posts. Im dead serious to the futility of a political process now. What you/me/us are living though, is the organic demise and attempts by the industrial society to renegotiate the terms of its failure. Organic because it is an unsustainable model built of growth, consumption and participation in a series of interconnected actions that are unnatural and antagonistic to our desires as White European humans. This is why the system seeks to import brown turdies on mass; they align much more ideologically with the industry society's aims and are more wiilling participants to its growth and exploitation of the natural world as fuel and sustenance for the individuals self gratifying hedonistic consumption.

>the bigger the system grows, the more disastrous the results of its breakdown will be...

And this is not just being hyperbolic. Population must contract which will involve death, suffering and extreme subjugation.

They need to cover themselves for cases where in 20 years time someone has no pension savings and tries to hold the company responsible for not warning him. Even if you aren't that kind of person there are a lot of people out there who would do.

>>I've done hard graft my whole life (defo not a larp) which is why I've never had to compete with excess lower caste workers (of course, hard jobs would definitely not be competing with an excess of workers, that's just how it works)

Hey, dickhead. To land my first " real" job I had to compete against at least over 500 other applicants including masters and PhD grads. I had to pass 3 interviews and an all day assessment centre. out of my intake of 6 only 2 of us were native English . The others were mixture of British/ indian and pure Indian. I accept it's even tougher today than it was then.

Hope that clarifies things.

Genuine question. How do you fuck this up? Just administer 10x the normal lethal dose. How can you fuck that up?

If that's no good then just gas them with nitrogen or some other inert gas in an enclosure, like a space helmet or something. Dont even need ot resort to anything that would need a clean-up after.

>Listen man, if that was me and I was working for a civic nationalist, pro white genocide party FOR FREE and getting disrespected like that, I would leave.
see this is why i need to sound off with you fellas. and i want thank you personally for actaully reading everything i've said as welll as reading between the lines as well. seriously man, thanks. this is what i've been thinking about for a while now and i think i might not renew my membership at the end of this month.
>Why don't you tell these people that clearly rate your leadership to jump to a different party?
as i said before a couple of them are thinking of moving to restore and again i feel like they will probably run into the same stumbling blocks. again, if they want me to join restore, i'd expect compensation and given what you've said, i dont think i am being unreasonable in asking for salary or at the very least, a new computer.
>Restore seems to actually care about what they're pushing for
given my own personal experience, 1/3 do. which is (from my experience) very high. the others just want to talk about themsleves and implement things that arent relivent anymore and cant be done, maybe in the 90s yes. but not now. could be wrong. always willing to meet restore people. but they also suffer from this sense of ignorance/delusion. for example, the restore people i met (from 4 different branches) none of them have gone door knocking, have comittees or branch structure, or even gone leafleting. the last part is the bit that worried me the most. they mainly just talk about the money they've made. big sense of classism there.
>Reform is frankly full of idiots, dregs, degenerates, boomers and parasites.
there are branches are better. better people, better organised. so i cant speak for them. however in my branch you got all but 1 right. ill add another, alcoholics. alot of reformers are alcoholics.

Labour has significantly reduced immigration since the Tory clowns left office (nearly 1,000,000 a year net migration at its peak under Boris). Starmer was the most right-wing PM we've had since the 1990s and they ousted him for it.

>Why the sudden surge?

COVID and the reluctance of people to go back to work meant that even basic jobs had to pay people 30% more to get the same person back in the same job at the same place.

They could not withstand that kind of instant wage inflation, so Bozza Johnson brought in 1.3 million in 1 year (gross) just as 300K mostly well paid people fucked off out of the country never to return.

This helped crunch down wage inflation massively. Did you get a 30+% pay rise after COVID? No I didnt think so. Boriswave is why (in aggregate).

Bunham will have to do a Burnhamwave, I guess if we are already in the EU by then it will be more mixed but if we do it while still being out... then it will be pakis, poos, and arabs like boriswave.

As I often say even in polite company... "Immigration policy is wage policy".

Political ruling parties job is to enact the will of the electorate and potentially fix the problems of the day.

If the problem is that coal mining is costing us and the electorate want that sorting, then their justified action is to close them. If that was wrong and the electorate demand it, their role is to reverse that decision.

The previous administrations brought in too many foreigners against the wishes of the electorate. The government should now be tasked with reversing that by sending them back, not simply slowing it and then working to sly them into communities using bennies created to support the most needy in our group.

Total betrayal of role and responsibility which is causing disenfranchisement in the entire state and its function.

You'd hope they would have a reliable, near-guaranteed alternative. Like a rope or chair. For when one method fails as it'd be cruel to keep her alive.
The legality behind punishment confuses me. On the surface it's like the people in charge don't want to actually hurt people, that, say, things like theft are "Who cares, we're post scarcity [sips boba tea with a karl lenin printed on the cup]" but the same logic is applied also to murder.
>>543588470
I'm not a doctor but the chemical might have been flawed, or the one administering it might have erred on accident or on purpose.

The way the news is excitedly talking about it is a bit disturbing. Women presenters leering over an exciting murder story of twists and turns with another pair of ovaries getting all the attention. Surely it's not that simple to explain as if it's one of their books.
