I don't even hate non-whites. The most I ever feel is just irritation, frustration like you notice something annoying like a fly comes in the window and starts buzzing around you. In this situation, I try to give the fly the opportunities to leave, I encourage it to go the right direction by blocking its path. There is a point where after a while I will just swat it.That is also the whole enemy frame, you hate women, browns, whatever, therefore you're a bad person and because you're a bad person we get to do this or that to you. This whole approach of trying to claim insight into your emotional state just needs to be shut down from the start.
