I mill my own flours and bake my own breads and pastas. Einkorn is naturally sweet and doesn't require any sugar, for example. Hard wheats benefit from a little bit. It's still bread and nutrtious when freshly milled.

Other than that, in most of the western EU, supermarkets sell goyslop. it's possibly less poisonous than the worst of US's goyslop but it's still not to be considered actual food.
