I have no problem with it. If education is compulsory then feeding them a lunch meal should be as well. Also the brown/black kids already get 'free' lunches due to being 'poor', so by giving all kids the lunches you basically just include the White kids that are currently excluded. Though I think the entire public education system needs totally overhauled.
