What stops us from buying our own crude and distilling it at home? It's just basic fractional distillation and because it's for personal use you don't have to care about maximizing yield. Saudi airstrikes have very limited effect on the battlefield. It could be due to them focusing on creating chaos for ansarallah government or going after fixed targets but it doesn't matter at this point. The houthis just need to keep those mercs engaged and once the lack of supplies and reinforcements is noticeable they will just retreat, not even the high command is safe if they stay for too long close to the frontline.
