Even if such a three-way political solution were true. Israel and the USA cannot survive long-term, even in a world in which they are the undisputed powerhouse in the middle-east. They simply lack the population and military size to subjugate such a vast region without severe lack of oversight and resource strain. China and Russia will likely just further develop Africa with their acquired time and become the largest trade bloc on Earth, likely leveraging closer ties with the EU who have been scorned by the increasingly isolationist USA. The USA will still be economically ruined, even the fuel potential production absorbed from Iran will still be handed to the east at favourable prices due to their absolute reliance on chips and critical minerals. The USA is in the death throes of a declining empire, they know it, Israel knows it. The ageing elite just want a few more years of opulence before they die. It's an ego thing, they just don't want to see the collapse. It wont happen overnight though, probably another 50 years, but the course is set.
