>>543649606Here, if you start (and finish) the bankruptcy process then all pre-existing debts cease to exist. but lenders won't lend money to people who lack registrable assets: car, house etc. those assets will be lost if you start a bankruptcy process, and you can't sell them if you have debts that use them as collateral. So in theory yes, you can clear debts through bankruptcy, but you can't get loans without assets in the first place.
