Su-57s is being used during war from time to time. Its main successes are long-range kills. Using R-37M missiles with ranges up to 400 km, it reportedly shot down several Ukrainian fighters and a Saab 340 AEW&C aircraft. It also fires Kh-69 cruise missiles from 200-400 km behind the front lines, staying beyond air defense range.

Su-34 tactical bombers are used for glide bombs. Su-57 is sometimes used for launching Kh-69 cruise missiles.

On this vid you can see Kh-69 with cluster (cassette) warhead containing metal pellet submunitions dropped on Odesa. It retains the standard 310 kg payload weight.

Radio-controlled drones are an easy target for electronic warfare (EW) systems. Both sides actively use jammers.

Most ordinary FPV drones are controlled via a radio link and have a range of 5–10 km, more rarely 15–20 km. This limits their use to the tactical zone.

The beast mode configuration is a manufacturer concept and not an operational loadout. A typical operational heavy air-to-air fit is four to six Meteors. Su-57 can carry four to six R-37M too (six with external hardpoints). The R-37M outperforms the Meteor in range (300-400 km vs Meteors 200 km), speed: Mach 6 vs Mach 4+ and warhead (60 kg vs Meteors smaller warhead, ensuring greater lethality).
>>
>>543653882

Israel only has F-35. We never gave them or anybody else F-22. But in early Feb 2026 we flew a squadron of the F-22 to southern Israel for possible use in the Feb 28 iran war.

They were ultimately not used and flown back to US in maybe April.

Now we have flown a bunch more fighter jets back to that south Israel air base, but this time they look like f-35s, which are much more appropriate anyway.

F-22 is like an air superiority/dogfight jet, and that doesn't really apply in this Iran War.
>>

So why do they still struggle in ukraine? These things cant win against pigmen? Are russians just incomptetent?
>>
>>543652311
As a person with zero years of experience flying planes for a living, having never been inside a fighter jet, and lacking any basic understanding of how a fighter jet—let alone a basic plane—functions and can be piloted, that is pretty impressive.

The Russians won't fly their stealth plane over Ukraine, for the same exact reason that NATO won't either - every air defense radar records everything it sees to a hard drive and if there is a visual sighting of a stealth plane, even one totally invisible to the radar, they can simply plot its vector and rewind the I/Q recording from the SDR in the radar and start looking for clues, I'm sure these days AI can speed up the process tremendously.

Not to mention the risk of a shootdown and the other side obtaining the stealth plane's wreck.

My only question is, why do Eglins ask such stupid questions, ones which they would know the answers to if they had a basic high school education? Answer me, that's an order.

Partially agree, f-22 was better concept than f-35 as for me

su-34 and f-15 have same roles, su-57 is just an upgrade of su-35,

Its unclear if in future interceptor class like mig-31 will be merged with air superiority like class su-35 su-57

Maybe next generation will be bigger and faster, nobody knows

I think f-35 was picked to earn more money from defence contracts

su-35, su-57 and mig -31 are not used simply because there are no targets for them

It's OK I guess. Only real issue with the F-16 is that huge air intake is so close to the ground that you need specially ultra-spic-and-span runways for it. They have little zambonis that sweep the runways for 'em. That's a design flaw.

>>543655896
Obviously, but the true mystery here is why do Eglins and NAFOs ask such stupid questions without thinking? Maybe they think /pol/ is stupid, but in fact it makes them look stupid. It's sad. I'm paying for all of this lel.

R-37M uses a dual-pulse solid rocket, initial boost for range, second pulse near the target for terminal energy. High Mach 6+ speed and lofted trajectory help it retain enough energy for 8G maneuvers out to 220 km which is still more than Meteor (up to 170-180 km). Beyond 220 km the dual-pulse motors energy is largely spent, so high-G turns against agile fighters become limited. But AWACS and tankers are large, slow, and barely maneuver. Residual speed, big warhead and seeker still let the R-37M threaten them out to its full 300-400 km range.

>Wild Weasel is a code name given by the United States Air Force (USAF) to any aircraft equipped with anti-radiation missiles and used to suppress enemy air defenses by destroying their radar and surface-to-air missile (SAM) installations.[1][2] A Wild Weasel pilot baits an enemy into targeting their aircraft with their radars, then traces the radar emissions back to their source, allowing the Weasel or its teammates to precisely target it for destruction.

>The Wild Weasel mission is now assigned to the F-16 Fighting Falcon, using the Block 50 and Block 52, with production beginning in 1991. The single-seat Block 50/52 F-16C is specifically tasked with this mission and aircraft modified for this mission are designated F-16CJ/DJ. The pilot now performs both the role of flying the airplane and targeting and employing against ground threats. Other aircraft, while capable of engaging anti-air emplacements, are typically tasked with other primary missions; the A-10 Thunderbolt II "Warthog", primarily tasked with CAS missions, lacks the avionics to perform a true SEAD mission and does not carry the AGM-88 HARM.[11] The F-15E Strike Eagle, possessing advanced air-to-ground avionics but also high speed and long range, is typically tasked with "deep strike" missions, which can include SAM installations but typically focuses on high-value targets such as enemy command & control, infrastructure and production, and likewise does not carry HARM.

Russian long-range SAMs and a2a missiles force Ukrainian F-16s and Mirages to fly ultra-low, terrain-masking routes, navigating around heavy GPS jamming. They conserve scarce AIM-9 and AIM-120 a2a missiles, so pilots increasingly use internal 20mm cannons for point-defense against Geran drones. Close-range cannon engagements are risky.

>More than half of Ukraines F-16s are already grounded due to maintenance delays at Belgiums Sabena Aerospace Engineering. Inspections can drag on for 40 weeks in Belgium. Under a $235.5 million US contract, this bottleneck is crippling Ukraines ability to intercept Russias jet-powered drones, with the entire F-16 fleet potentially exhausted by late 2026.

https://www.wsj.com/opinion/ukraine-f-16-maintenance-delays-russia-sabena-engineering-85ca626a

>Ukraine is seeking tens of thousands of 20-millimeter rounds for its F-16 fighters to shoot down Russian jet-powered drones, Bloomberg reported. Using the F-16’s onboard cannons could preserve scarce and far more expensive air-to-air missiles, with Kyiv potentially requiring about 10,000 rounds per day.

BTW, Dutch F-35 fleet already has a combat experience. During a NATO response to a drone incursion over Bolanda on September 9-10, 2025, a Dutch F-35 fired an AIM-120 AMRAAM. The missile instead of hitting its intended target, landed on a house in Wyryki and destroyed its roof. Some debris made a hole in the nearby houses roof too. Thanks Dog Its warhead was defused by a self-destruct system preventing an explosion because otherwise Polacks would evaporate xD

Ukraine would certainly make much better use of these wonderful machines. They are invisible and stealth like Predator starships with cloaking system so Russians wont even see them. The Ghost of Kiev could perform daily bomb raids over Moscow and the war would be won xD

China has its own vast fleet, it doesnt need Russian aircrafts.

Multiple defense analyses (Military Watch Magazine, Meta-Defense) report that the PLAAF has equipped 18 air brigades with J-20s, typically 28 aircraft each, for a total of 504 fighters (plus 40-60 for training, pushing the overall fleet over 500).

https://militarywatchmagazine.com/article/china-j20-most-procured-fighter-service-500

J-20 fleet is now larger than US F-22s (only 184 units) and roughly matches or exceeds USAF F-35As in raw numbers.

Chinas J-20 production now far outpaces the US. "Dark factories" with heavy robotics and AI enable 120 J-20s/year (aiming higher), running near 24/7 with minimal labor. A fully domestic ecosystem plus unlimited rare earth access avoids US-style supply bottlenecks and global dependencies plaguing F-35 output (24 USAF/year recently).

You understand that Su-57 scored more air-to-air successful shot downs than F-22 and F-35 combined? xD

F-22 had only 3 air-to-air kills (all balloons, no aircraft). F-35 only 1 air-to-air kill (a fucking Iranian prehistoric Yak-130, March 2026) xD

Meanwhile Su-57 killed several jets and one AWACS (Saab 340).
>>
>>543662828
BTW, Yak-130 is a subsonic trainer. Two small non-afterburning turbofans give roughly 2,500 kgf each topping out near Mach 0.93. It lacks a powerful radar and modern EW suite. And Israelis boasted about shooting this bee down with fkn F-35 xD

i feel like these could be mass produced for a few thousand dollars each and they could pretty much zerg any modern military. just put 100,000 pilots in the air after a 6 week training course, strap them with basic ordinance, say aim for that air base. its done.

probably dont even need the pilots, could just do it remotely. either way itd be more effective and practical then spending 5 billion dollars for 1 jet, which i think we all know is just a jewish money laundering scheme.

The West lost thousands of planes, helicopters, and vehicles in Vietnam and survived.

The EU manufactures around 10 million cars per year, as well as thousands of aircraft.

Production is down because of high fuel prices and competition from China, but the industrial base still exists.

They do, rarely, but su35 is already way more than enough for escort missions in the Hruckraine proxy war environment. Using su57 would be overkill, and needless loss of limited engine flight hourst before swap.

For now MIC is busy producing them in large enough series. You should think of Su57 as f22, while su35 is f35/f15 aka main workhorse. Some would say what Russia needs cheap(low maintenance) singular engine jets too, like mig29/f16, true, they would serve some purpose, but su75(on technical base of su57 project) is only in development, UAC promises to make first flying su75 prototype until the end of this year.

Su57 is a beautiful jet, and it's done with very limited russian budget and not first class private business tech company scene. Only imagine what could russian aryan chads make if they had american level of money and resources available to them.

Ability to make jets is what defines whites and separates them from uncivilized nations.

..because its irrelevant?
the subject we were discussing was the distinction between a real jewish war and a fake jewish war, the aftermath is irrelevant to the fact that a war jews wanted won was over immediately. and this was on the other side of the world. not like with russia who has its entirely military already available to engage, but barely used it.

theyre literally just playing 5vs5 counterstrike irl. fighting over villages that dont even qualify as villages because the population is only 12. spend 6 months fighting over volostoynikyiv, some dung heap in the middle of nowhere sending 5 white guys at a time to die in its meat grinder

The credibility of the Su-57s RCS being between 0.1 and 1 m2 is highly substantiated because it comes directly from Sukhois own official patent filings, which have been cross-verified by defense analysts and physical engineering realities. Unlike Western stealth aircraft specifications (such as the F-35 or F-22), which are strictly classified or estimated via public program targets, the Su-57s signature figures are anchored in legal and technical documentation

True. USSR shared with China lot's of technologies, including space and nuclear ones, FOR FREE, and helped them to set up industrial base by building factories and sharing technologies and templates. First chinese car was made in soviet made factory, same with aircraft and many other things.

Too bad China never paid Russia back in Russia's diffucult hour in similar selfless manner. Retarded soviet charity was given to not worthy recipient.

BTW, USraeli "stealth" is completely useless against real countries and all these shitty F-35s would be shot down like ducks in scenario of war with Russia. Russian counter-stealth relies on long-wavelength VHF/UHF radars. At these frequencies, the F-35s shape and radar-absorbent coatings stop working efficiently. The aircrafts airframe resonates with the radar wave, producing a strong return. Systems like Nebo-M, Resonans-NE and Niobium-SV detect such targets beyond 100 km. Nebo-M combines VHF, L-band and X-band radars for coarse detection. Resonans-NE can reportedly track stealth targets up to 1,000 km. Niobium-SV is optimized for stealth aircraft at ranges up to 500 km. Container is an over-the-horizon radar using shortwave bands, making stealth shaping nearly useless. These radars usually cannot guide missiles alone. They feed tracking data to S-400/S-500 fire-control radars. That networked cueing turns the F-35 into a trackable contact at long range. Please, give your F-35s to hohols and tell them to bomb smth in Russia xD

Even on consumer hardware it is easy to build a drone with gps that you can assign a target to from a sattelite picture. Realistically you can build such quadcopters for less than 500 eur a piece with a few km flight range with a 1kg explosive payload or a 50km+ range if its a plane. Its pretty hard to jam satellite data especially if the flight trajectory carries the drone at a high altitude since you're jamming from the ground. Once above target, you can do a camera guided dive and that cannot be jammed. You might attack and disable a drone during flight but you're not stopping all when multiple are coming at you and at these costs, this is really inconsequential as far as military hardware prices are concerned

You mean the Iran war proved all high end Westoid AD systems to be a joke? Just like today Houthis bombed Yanbu port again despite it being covered by entire AD power of the West xD
>>
>>543668682
You cant fly even over Iran with impunity, WTF? xD Israeli F-35s have limited combat radius (1,100-1,400 km with internal fuel) versus 1,600+ km to central Iran, requiring tankers or external tanks that increase detectability. Early 2024 strikes used standoff munitions from >100 miles away (per UK CDS Radakin), avoiding deep penetration. Irans Bavar-373 radars have locked F-35s from Iraqi airspace, and full-country overflight without prior SEAD remains high-risk due to layered defenses and geography.
>>
>>543652311
Quotes wow

footage of the early strikes captured JDAMs retard
what a stupid ass cope
and in the more recent ones IAF even published A2A shoot down over teheran lmao
>>
>>543668778
Iran war is US having inadequate supply of missiles to strike targets and to protect their own bases from missile strikes. There was never really an issue with the fighters, because there aren’t many targets that can’t be struck by ships instead.
>>
>>543669163
No confirmed open-source evidence of Israeli F-35s dropping JDAMs on Iran; capable of internal carriage, but early strikes favored standoff munitions/SPICE from >100 miles, with free-fall bombs used later after massive SEAD by other jets and also in a very geographically limited way kek.

If we talk about a2a, Yak-130 is a subsonic light trainer/attack jet, not a modern fighter, it is a low-threat target. Kill vs trainer offers very limited proof of peer superiority, analysts question deep penetration risks amid preferred standoff ops, suggesting PR amplification of F-35 narrative.
>>
>>543668987
>Early 2024 strikes used standoff munitions from >100 miles away (per UK CDS Radakin), avoiding deep penetration.
Uhm yeah that’s the point? Convenientional AA systems can target planes beyond 100 miles, so the fact pissraeli f35s managed to do that is testament to the advantages of stealth
>>
>>543669447
Dude, we talk about fucking Iran here. Its air defences cant compare to Russian ones. All these Westoid hard-coping rumors about Iranians using high end Russian or Chinese AD systems were fkn lies. There was not even a _single_ S-300 system destroyed during Epstein Fury SEAD op. If Amerimutts destroyed some Russian or Chinese systems, they would boast about it

You understand that USrael literally run out of stand off munition and interceptors during this war and now it would take like 5 years to replenish it? The combined amount of missiles and bombs USrael dropped on Iran is comparable to _monthly_ firepower of Russia vs Ukraine, but Russia doesnt run out of ammo. If ZOG is too weak to defeat Iran, why to fool naive Polacks or even dumber hohols that they can take on Russia? xD
