Then where's the strongman? Trump has cucked to every single liberal hurdle.

there's been numerous strongmen anon, but sometimes they keep up the illusion of judicial oversight for the sake of stability, the downward trend though is irreversible

>(((Leibowitz)))
Every. Fucking. Time.
>>
>>543662477
Literally just arrest him for treason and disappear him into a dark room of no windows. This is crazy lol WHO IS PAYING OR THREATENING THESE MENTAL REJECTS?!
>>
>>543662615
lol
the point of fascism is to use the threat of violence to shut these people up.
if trump is not willing to kill these judges until he finds a judge that rules favorably, we are not yet a fascist country.
the fact that trump always backs down to these rulings should tell you exactly what trajectory we're on.
>>
>>543662477
I'm guessing this is on the grounds of the federal government not being able to organize elections, yeah? The same law that ALWAYS stops him?
Maybe if he at least tried to utilized congress then he'd get more done. Instead this congressional sessions has passed fewer laws than any before going back until the earliest days of our nation's history. All because they'd rather ram their head against a brick wall.
>>
>>543662477
Noted :D
Say, where do I get good burnt ends & Italian beef sandwich? Do they still have Freestyle machines in movie theaters? Which state does good grilled fish?
Wanna sample that the food while I'm over there to vote.
>>
>>543662477
Cool
>>
>>543662477
Lol what? So the US is not even a country then if any retard in existence can come and vote there.
This sounds like the judge is abusing his power and shitting on the constitution.
>>
did we fail to make any claims upon which relief may be granted?

are citizenship obligations conferred?

can anyone vote in the popularity contests of bankrupt private foreign corporations?
>>
>>543663194
Or if you want to get schizo about it.
They didn't WANT this to stand. They wanted to use it's failure as a propaganda talking point like they always fucking do to manipulate retards who don't understand the system.
>>
>>543663256
No, it's because the federal government doesn't have the right to decide things about elections, the states do. And changing that would require political capital Trump and the Republicans do not have sadly.

All this means is it's up to the state that fraud happened in to prosecute the crime, that federal government has no jurisdiction to prosecute election fraud. It's actually a good decision but state elections are ubiquitously corrupted because 1st generation migrants have been allowed to run for office for decades. What this means is that America is not insulated from foreign manipulation, by not requiring candidates to be natural-born citizens our nation has been eroded from within. You can't win like this, it's up to natural-born citizens to enforce this concept and secure the nation. This will have to be done by force, no court will help pass it because we're too far gone for peaceable means.
>>
>>543662477
Are the foreigners us citizens? If so then yes, otherwise fuck off
>>
>>543662477
Does this mean I can just fly to the states and vote there?
>>

Under what fucking universe is a noncitizen a citizen?
>>
>>543663256
Nigga, read the article, it basically say the power to pass Citizenship control for control is up to the states, not the Federal, so it will need to be Florida who charges her, not on Federal Court.

No

>>543663351
republicans LOVE the "We are a republic" until "What do you mean We cant control ALL OTHER STATES"

>>
Citizenship for Voting is always the laughable topic.
Republicans always Only ask and push for it, with Day Zero implementation, close to elections solely to try to manually filter who gets to vote or not.

If they really, REALLY cared about it. Long ago Red States will have started to issue IDs that also denote if the holder is a Citizen
Picture, ID#, Last name, Name, Address, BR, Issue Date, Expiration date.
They can easily add Citizenship....

They simply dont do it cause thats not the plan.
>>
>>543663351
Not entirely if you know our history. But it is a bit retarded that the Dems wouldn't vote on a law that just does that since they claim illegals aren't voting anyways.
But as I said before. This move by Republicans was doomed to fail, they probably knew it was doomed to fail, and just want to use it's failure as propaganda for retards.
>>
>>543662477
They cannot guarantee the illegal will vote blue though. So they are trying to get them on the censure. That determines how many mail in ballots to send out

>>543662571
>>543662615
>>543663094

Important context from article:
>Leibowitz wrote that under the US Constitution only states can set voter qualifications, not Congress. Every state requires US citizenship to vote, and Leibowitz said it was up to Florida, not the Department of Justice, to prosecute her for violating that requirement.

>“Can the State of Florida prohibit and punish the exact conduct Defendant Cox allegedly engaged in here? This has already been decided elsewhere and is not addressed here: Florida can and does,” Leibowitz wrote.
>>
>>543663768
Yeah its gay as fuck.
What kind of country doesnt control it's provinces/states? That shit needs to be more centralized otherwise its not a country basically, it's a union of mini countries.
>>543663823
I mean a republic doesnt mean you cant control other states.
>>
>>543664140
America is weird sometimes, looking at it from a foreigner perspective it seems like anarchy.
>>
>>543662477
Okay but in his defense: he is technically and legally correct. The federal government isn’t allowed a say on the matter.

The real issue is that states have forgotten themselves. States should be going into mutiny over this and rejecting the federal authority, or collectivizing to eject states that they think imperil the federation.

The United States of America is NOT a country, it is states which are united. It’s right there in the fucking name; the federal government was original designed like day-1 EU where it held somewhere between virtually and actually no power, and existed to resolve disputes and facilitate trade.

The states are entities unto themselves, and need to start acting like it. State submission to the federal government is voluntary until proven otherwise.

>That shit needs to be more centralized otherwise its not a country basically, it's a union of mini countries.
I agree, they should all have the same tax code too to prevent capital flight within the country.

The party of states rights hating states rights again!
>>
>Letting literal outsiders vote in your country
Imagine how cucked you must be to allow that. At least now there's a bigger magnifying glass put on these judges so we know who is letting these outsiders come in. Don't want to how anymore complaining about replacement if you're ignoring these creatures in the dark
>>
>>543662477
This is where ignoring courts and arresting judges is the correct move.

>>
>>543663256
>the US is not even a country
That ahould ve obvious given its history. You can't artificially build a country by importing people from all over, then trying to unite them on ideas that can never be reached.
>>
>>543664202
He's just wrong though. The federal government absolutely has authority over federal elections. If not, then how would you ever prosecute a state that is engaging in fraud?

You're looking for "Elite theory" which is always true. Countries have always been ruled by a specific club of people. It's old news but that's how it was. Every revolution that succeeded was always the result of a "new elite" and an "old elite" fighting at best.

American revolution: all the big name American elites.
French Revolution: ultimately the more wealthy and influential bourgeois and the military.
Russian Revolution: Bolsheviks already had significant influence in the soviets (city councils) and used the position of authority to take over while unifying with the elites in the military who were sympathetic to them.
Most of the revolutions in the past 80 years or so were all funded either by the USSR or USA under the direction of the Elites who are truly in charge of the USA while everyone is falling for the spectacle of democratic politics. Meanwhile all the politicians end up being the same thing. AOC quickly revealed herself just to be a member of the establishment as she just fell in line with the Democrat part of the spectacle. Trump quickly fell in line with the establishment. No one can pretend that Biden or Obongo were ever independent in any way. They all take orders and at best you just get a show while a kike is screwing you over through them.
>>
>>543662477
Who else knew it was a fucking juden before even reading the name?
>>
>>543664966
The kike elites want to flood White countries with non-whites and to completely destroy them so it's going to happen. The court case is all spectacle.

Judge Pfizer did NOT stop the spread
>>
>>543664900
They really ARE NOT.

You are NOT voting for the president.
You are voting for who the Electors in your State should cast their electoral vote.
You as a Citizen of Texas or California or Florida never vote directly to choose the president. its all within your state.
There is no such a thing as Federal election, YOU dont elect federal official.
Federal Judges, SCOTUS, Cabinet members, Generals. Not a single one of those at a federal level is chose by citizens vote.
>>
>>543663570
Uh huh.
And when democrat run and controlled states don't enforce the law, what the fuck does that do to the country?
>democrats currently hold 24 governorships.
>>
>>543662477
>Jewish democrat judge says the whole world can vote
No way!
>>
>>543663671
Democrat controlled states, yes. Because even if you're caught, they won't take you to court.
>>
>>543664966
>How is this not instant treason?
Cause he is not wrong (maybe) and you all cant read.

What you read
>anyone can vote, there is no law that can prevent it.

What it says
>All regulation regarding voting is up to States, as such, this case and the law around it are illegal on the Federal Level, she will need to be tried at state level in Florida.
>>
>>543665319
Well thats not true at all. There are amendments to the constitution specifically addressing voting rights.
>>
>>543663768
The federal government does have the authority to arrest and charge foreign nationals that voted in any elections.
This is not a voting issue, it's a citizenship issue.

The judge is arguing that act is unconstitutional cause all matters of voting are up to the States..

Read nigga, READ!

That is his ruling. so it will just have to move tru the appeal processes

The judge is wrong.
The law is not charging on any violations of state power to set voting conditions. It is charging that a illegal alien committed a crime. It is a aggravated felony, this would expedite the deportation process.
>>
>>543666358
>The judge is wrong.
Thats for the Other circuits to decide. not your ignorant ass

Lol, ok sure. Let's read the judges reddit rant... I mean opinion.
