Younger Americans are so incompetent in the workplace that employers are turning to retirees and older workers aged 65 to early-80's to keep things running. Often offering these older workers big financial incentives. Why are young people so useless, /pol/? What is their fucking problem?

And that synergizes directly into making them a-cultural, non-historic peoples in the long term (nothing to look back on and fight for), AND in the short term you can poke a stick at any of these demographics and make them fight each other instead of paying attention to what I'm doing. Yeah, that's what I would do if I were apart of a hostile force looking to take over a country.
