New Hampshire is the best state and this is one of the reasons why.

Enjoy flying out your windshield in a wreck, faggot.
>>
please daddy corpo govt travel my automobile for me
>>
>>543673765
are you really free if you're not free to fly out of your own car in a wreck
>>
>>543673765
Enjoy starving in a Gulag because you never read history.

>>543673869
You're right, the government should not only mandate seatbelts, but also ensure I am safe and healthy too.

Free healthcare for everyone, free food for everyone, free water for everyone!

Even homeless get free surgeries! I love government!
>>
>>543673765
>Force all citizens to wear a belt for """"safety"""""
>Import millions of third worlders, who at best have driven a scooter on a dirt road, into your country, let ones who can';t identify a single road sign drive trucks and skyrocket the amount of car crashes, deaths and overall financial cost to taxpayers

Sorry but whatever they made that shit rule for it wasn't for safety, it was for something that has nothing to do with safety. Probably car manufacturers liability or insurance or something. Nothing at all to do with keeping people safe. They do not care if you're safe and they don't care if you die in a car wreck. There's actually a high chance they want you to die in your car and they think it's funny.
>>
>>543673765
Many people in crashes suffered pointless deaths trapped in a burning vehicle when they could have been thrown to safety instead if only they were not wearing a seatbelt.
>>
>>543673691
I'm glad we can all agree that faggots and trannies was because of libertarians
>>
>>543673691
A seatbelt saved my life.
>>
>>543673765
Excuse me, sweaty, but I have the freedom to fly through my windshield during an accident because of the brave men and women in the US armed forces.
>>
>>543674421
You sound like you're from California
>>
>>543673691
>>543674027
>>543674039
Alright legalize all drugs then
>>
>>543674442
Rhode island
>>
>>543674421
Communism killed millions

>>543674444
I'm mixed on drug legalization.

>>543674427
You're right, we need mandatory seatbelts

We also need free healthcare, and free food, no child in the USA should EVER go hungry! If a kid is hungry, the governmnet should give them food!
>>
>call yourself a librarian paradise
>don't have legal prostitution like Nevada
>>
>>543673691
does the state have to care for people disabled in traffic accidents
>>
>>543674766
No, it shouldn't give money to disabled people period.

The only social program I'm somewhat for is education grants to young people so they can gain skills in something useful like the trades or a college degree that will get them a job. That way we can decrease anti-social behavior AND make people more productive at the same time, so the program might actually pay for itself.

Giving money to disabled people is just dysgenic. The only money I'd be fine going to the disabled is if it's a euthanasia program.
>>
>>543674421
I knew a guy who was doing stupid shit in his car and rolled it and flew out the window due to no seatbelt and was perfectly fine while the car slammed into a tree and he'd surely have died (according to his story)
so it goes both ways and doesn't prove shit
>>
>>543674727
>Communism killed millions
Come on man you really think seatbelt laws are communism? There's got to be a middle ground, seatbelts do nothing but good.
>>
>>543674987
You know you can wear a seatbelt without a seatbelt law right?
>>
>>543674895
Sounds like a really rare occurrence. You should buckle up tomorrow
>>
>>543674766
its america retard thats the beauty of freedom, you dont have to support retards with your taxes
Just niggers spics and indians
>>
>>543674766
Insurance companies may have to depending on the incident.
>>
>>543675026
Yes but the percentage of people buckling up because of the existence of seatbelt laws would fall drastically. It's a net positive. I was buckled because I was told "it's the law" as a 14 year old lad.
>>
>>543675034
thanks chatgpt
>>
>>543675147
Not only chatgpt cares about you
>>
>>543675134
That's not a good thing, unless so many people were dying that it was having a material impact on the labor force then it wouldn't matter.
>>
>>543673691
They let the dumb ones weed each other out rather than artificially extending their lives with extra safety gear.
>>
kek everyone shitposting but everything is on point, if you force something for you good there is 0 (Zero) reason to stop at fucking seatbelt. (unless you are retarded jew)
>>
>>543675230
Yes exactly, and this same logic can be used for any socialist program:

Free healthcare, free meals to the homeless, etc
>>
>>543674764
I agree they should legalize prostitution
>>
>>543675173
>pretending ai is capable of feeling
thanks grok
>>
>>543673691
18 and under, you are required to wear safety belts. As a driver, you are held responsible for ensuring that all passengers 18 and under wear safety restraints.
>>
>>543675377
:(
>>
>>543673691
I would love to live in NH but marijuana is still illegal and idk if i could get a medical card, is it easy to get there? i got one in pennsylvania no problem
>>
>>543675382
Yeah because kids are in a weird legal limbo even in libertarian circles but it's still an improvement over every other state.
>>
>>543675188
>That's not a good thing
15,000 needless tragic deaths prevented per year is a good thing
>>
>>543675569
I haven't looked into it but the laws aren't really enforced. They definitely should legalize it have no clue why they haven't.
>>
>>543673691
The catch is that the insurance provider may question whether a payment is different based upon the damages wearing safety restraints may have provided.

No, you don’t have to wear a safety belt nor do we need to pay the same damages if you choose not to wear them.
>>
>>543675606
15,000 is a drop in the hat in a country with 340 million.

There's also no breakdown of those 15,000.

15,000 engineers, 15,000 welfare recipients, 15,000 old retirees who no longer work, 15,000 criminals? Who were these 15,000? How important were there.
>>
>>543675659
You only see value in people based on their occupation?
>>
>>543675611
Legalizing it is a mistake. I love weed but Colorado is a shithole now because legal weed attracts the worst kind of California personality type.

Weed should be illegal but easy to get and no different than a speeding ticket if you get caught.
>>
>>543675720
It's not a perfect determinate but it's a good proxy.

Yes i think some people are great contributers, some are net drains

>>543675726
That's fair, maybe New Hampshire is doing the right thing.
>>
>>543673691
help me big daddy government I NEED you to allow me to marry a dude and forcefully integrate everyone that doesn't wish to associate with me and my degeneracy! the true essence of libertarians when you get down to brass tacks. all while screaming about not coercing them. haha
>>
>>543673869
Stupid is something that takes care of itself for obvious reasons. If you try to protect stupid it only turns into profoundly stupid and spreads itself. Then you get to spend billions trying to stop drooling retards from drinking the contents of their car battery or w/e because that's the cost of simple regulation. Regulating the behavior of people requires armies of police, government pencil pushers and of course the surveillance state which is why even simple shit costs so much.
Trying to bubble wrap the world is expensive, degrades our rights, the world and is by no means worth it.
>>
>>543673691
based new hampshire. no bump though because fuck memeflags.
>>
>>543674039
Literally had a mexican just drive right into my lane. No signal, not nothing, just well you better hit your breaks. Then has the fucking nerve to look confused when i call him a fucking asshole. Pristine clean fucking Chevy Silverado. Has enough money for a spanky new truck but cant drive for shit.
>>
>>543675866
I guess my default state is to see 15,000 people and families being saved from pain, death, tragedy, and heartbreak as a net positive. It's probably just a variety of people. Some engineers, some firefighters, some cashiers, some janitors, some burger flippers, some delivery drivers, some kids, and yeah probably some welfare recipients.
>>
>>543676482
I see 15,000 people who lost their freedom to make their own decisions
>>
>>543677011
some people would rather live as a slave than die free
>>
>>543677011
Yeah they lost that even more when they died
>>543677203
The mere existence of laws isn't slavery. Seatbelt laws do nothing but help people
>>
>>543677448
15,000 people dying in the grand scheme of things is nothing, there's 8 billion humans.

And as i said, not all of them are contributors, many are welfare recipients or drains on the healthcare system.
>>
>>543678735
And many aren't, and that's still a lot of needless death and suffering.
>>
>>543673765
It’s very improbable that you’d get into a car wreck in New Hampshire, even if you were blindfolded while driving. Maybe you’d hit a moose.
>>
Seatbelt laws are a way for cops to have a reason to pull you over with no proof
>You weren't wearing your seatbelt
>You were texting
>I see you shot a deer little bro
>Your tint is too dark
Ect, they can do all this and if they're wrong they don't get any fines or anything, it's just another excuse to be able to pull you over despite your driving being 100% perfect.

This has no relation to seatbelts at all by the way so don't reply to me with NPC comments about seatbelts.
>>
>>543678891
No need to stop it, just let it happen
>>
>>543673765
FPBP
>>
>>543679106
>I'm having a bad day so I want to pull somebody over
>That guys a race I don't like so I'm pulling him over
>He's got a rich car so I'm gotta pull a nigga over to make his life worse like mine is
>Wife and kids who love him? Gangstalk his ass then pull him over for a 1mph speeding ticket
>Let him off with a 'warning'
>That's right faggot you only get to use this road when I say you can
The only good thing cops ever did was kill niggers.
>>
>>543674027
Unironically this. Idc that it's bait. I want gibs. We live in an automated society. I shouldn't have to lift a finger
>>
>>543673691
I love New Hampshire. The freedom exhilirates me. As soon as I cross the state like from Cuckchusetts to Freedom land I rip off my motorcycle helmet and play russian roulette with one in the chamber. I shotgun a beer. Usually the screech of a hawk can be heard faintly in the distance. As the trigger clicks and my fate is spared I ejaculate. This is the essence of New Hampshire.
