Do you know those rocks with a name on it? That are embedded in thousands of roads and memorial sites all over Europe?

The german-kike that invented it has a complete monopoly on those. He became multimillionaire selling rocks with jewish names on them to our countries. He is still doing it to this day.

No larp,
I run a large international operation for a multi billion dollar company that involves technical. We have manufacturing in India.
I have saved the business, like literally saved the business from government assrape and forced dissolution, about 5 times the past year by preventing Indian incompetence from being passed into the US. They are so fucking retarded they have nearly gotten US leadership arrested by blatantly attempting to break western laws.
I'm currently underpaid by the boomers that hired me and am going to be taking a job offer that, while below my actual worth, is going to pay me 80% more than current. It's a local small scale operation that is only White people under 60.
If I had been born a boomer or gen x performing the way I have I would easily have $20+ mil, I know this with certainty because I have worked with the boomers from the before time. Multiple people know I'm planning on leaving and have begged me to stay, though "leadership" remains clueless to reality and are indifferent. Their entire operation in this domain is going to collapse in about 2 months without me, and that's not an exaggeration or gloat, they literally do not have the time to get someone decent in and get them up to speed before the train will crash, and I am VERY good at my job and hard to replace.
I don't hate boomers and I don't really care about the money, but the waste, inefficiency, and just blatant aloof betrayal of their children is what upsets me.

Life lessons such as success gets you beaten to a pulp by less successful people who get envious.
If fighting back, which is always the right answer when the cuffs get fisty, gets you in a tonne of trouble and only yields punishment from others, then succeeding itself becomes an unprofitable venture.
Leave it to failures to succeed. They seem fine with it.

Nigger they sent manufacturing overseas and put up entry barriers to people younger than them. Look at water treatment, they literally don't have people to do it because they made entry barriers on the form of long term apprenticeships and certifications for jobs boomers and Gen x just walked into, younger people have to dedicate years of their lives, study, and apply for a job that doesn't pay a decent wage for about a decade.
Now there aren't enough technicians with everyone retiring so they're desperately trying to train retarded zoomies to move into the slot but it isn't attractive enough for them to care.
>>
>>543697467

>>543697356
I don't think so. The drywall is from 1974 and I probably have every size drill bit 4 times over. I've even got a drill press with forstner bits and hole saws etc.
No the problem with these is that they are not conical or tapered and so if you use a high torque impact wrench, sometimes the screw itself just makes it spin. Because they're cylindrical. I much prefer the manual spiral wall anchors. Those make the most engineering sense.
Plus they have instructions. They'll ask for a 1/8" bit and you use it but it isn't the optimal design.

People do this all the time even nowadays.

Remember those "spinners" and "floaters" that were popular among the ghetto crowd back in the 1990s? I met the guy who invented those at a USPTO get-together one time. He was just some car mechanic who thought making something like that would be cool, and he decided to get a patent (in the end, several patents) on them. Then some major auto parts company decided to make something like that and oops found out they were already patented, so they licensed the patents from him.

He made a fortune from a few months of design work and a small expenditure of lawyer's fees. He was a multimillionaire all because he liked screwing around with cars and made something decorative but mostly useless.

IDK if you can even buy those wheel spinner things any more, I think I've seen exactly one car with them in the past five years and it was an old shitbox.

Oh, and just to show it's being done even today, go look at the "forced reset trigger" crowd. Rare Breed managed to time its lawsuits so that it ended up with Trump-appointed judges and won its case in 2025, and now Rare Breed has made multiple TENS OF MILLIONS of dollars in the last two years selling drop-in trigger kits that let people waste ammo without violating federal law.

And Tim Hoffman, whom Rare Breed is suing over an invention he released into the wild as a 3D-printable FRT kit and didn't even make any money off of, a few months ago came up with the "Trigger Kicker" that does the same thing but with only one moving part that doesn't infringe on any of Rare Breed's patents, and has probably made what I estimate to be at least eight million dollars since the beginning of June, thus shattering Rare Breed's patent-moat-based legal monopoly.

You have to drill a hole whether it's brick or drywall. The Brit you replied to is talking about picrelated aka "toggle bolts" or "butterfly anchors". The third and sixth pics of the top row (the metal ones) are the toggle bolts, I guess all of them are different types of butterfly anchors but maybe that term mostly refers to the bendy plastic ones in the first, fourth, and fifth of the top row.

I had this problem at first too because I was matching the drill bit to the wall anchor, but a quick and easy tip is to just hold the wall anchor between your fingers against the drill bit, and if the drill bit doesn't completely eclipse the anchor, and the edges of the anchor can be seen on both sides of the bit, then it's the right bit. Also, you're supposed to hammer it in, not screw it in.

Anon, the plastic houses screws it's not an alternative. Screws and rebar will inevitably rust because of oxidisation and water exposure

I'd drill through and use bolts.

Dumb? Look boomers are faggots but credit where credit is due this tool is hardly "dumb" You obviously don't work with your hands like a fag.

In the last year, I’ve read about 100 books about the world economy, geopolitics, and social sciences. Throughout this time, I have realized that almost every single thought terminating cliché that midwits like to repeat as a rebellion against the most intuitive answer is almost always bs.
Generally it allows Jews, us bureaucrats, immigrants or some other untouchable group an excuse or a historical materialist “out” that would never be granted to whites.
“It’s actually sooooooo complicated and it’s all these complex intertwined interest groups and incentive structures… maaaaaaan!”
Meanwhile whenever they want more immigrants, another foreign war for Israel, or need your taxes, nothing is ever complicated and mountains get moved.
It’s just like the unfalsifiables about socioeconomic factors, patriarchy, or internalized misogyny, just in reverse. Instead of blaming a group, it seeks to excuse them via thought terminating cliche

I tried to become an electrician when I was younger. I went to this city funded job center that claimed to help you get training. For any of the actually decent jobs that they claimed that they offered training for, if you called the number that they told you to call you would get sent in a circle of different offices until you ended up being referred back to the first office again. It was very clear red tape. Boomers essentially carved out a caste for the leftover offspring that weren’t going to inherit the business, that would be immune via credentialism or red tape to the immigrant hoards and outsourcing they unleashed on the rest of the goyim… I mean, people.

agree. I never trust these things outside of hanging a picture of something.

Do not ever mount anything heavy and/or expensive with wall anchors. They will eventually fail, every time. I would install blocking on the inside of the wall if I couldn't hit a stud. Like from the inside cut a hole that you would then have to patch and paint after you installed a piece of 2x6 between the studs, securely attached to the studs, at the height you need. All other solutions to this problem are inferior, but they are a lot faster cheaper and easier.

They didn't just pull the latter, they burned the bridge and told the rest of us to swim.

Wont the two little wings make that dildo get stuck up your ass and impossible to remove without going to the hospital?

There are special anchors for aerated concrete. Get Wurth they make them all steel.

That's not a drywall plug, you fucking retard.
There's other variants for thin walls that expand on the inside.

You take the screw out and grab some pliers, mfer. Granted, if they have been in there for ever that, could be, an issue.
>>
>>543710211
You take a screw, insert is about halfway until it has gripped onto the plug and then pull out. Super easy

Thats a good invention anon. Zoomers nowadays make millions with peniscoin, pokemon cards and all kinds of retarded shit.

But that little plastic wings are specially designed to prevent it from being pulled out, aren't they?

what a gay mindset. IRL Its not hard to swat envious retards away

Yeah, but its plastic. You pull it hard enough and the spikes just bend and the whole thing comes out of the hole. if it breaks off inside, you might have to get a drill bit and drill it out, but usually they rip right out of there.

This was actually invented by a black man named Arthur Brickman, but as usual the invention was stolen by a white man.

More like, yet again, the sneaky german invents the solution to a problem that wasnt a problem to begin with. Ive worked in construction and was often told to just stuff the holes with wooden splinters when i was musskng rawlplugs. It always worked just as well.
