We must live more like Yukio Mishima
Yes, I know he was bisexual
Yes, I know his life and death did nothing to liberate his country
But would any of us dare to risk our lives for action we believe in?
I propose that if given a choice between a man of the right who is dedicated to action and self sacrifice, regardless of victory, and a man of the right who only talks and talks well but is never willing to risk, thought both are not ideal, the former is far preferable.
What separates us from normies, from uniparty shills, from faggot liberals and leftists if we are not, deeper than any political beleif, truly revolted and disturbed by the violent evil that modernity has wreaked upon our world? And if we are revolted and disturbed by it, we should justly be angry at it. It is known by the wise that anger is in some cases a sin, and in other cases it is a sin to not be angry when one justly should be. And if we are men and we are angered and revolted by am objective evil, but we do nothing about it, we are not truly men, nor truly angered, nor truly disturbed and revolted by this evil. If we do nothing but talk, then we are as Lot in the city of Sodom who was so warped by the city’s evil he in cowardice offered his daughters to be raped by the mob, likely to death. The practicalist will say that this is better than them all being killed by the mob. The manhood buried deep within us knows that this is truly wrong. It is better to die fighting and be killed one and all than to willingly submit your daughters to be raped to death so that you and the rest of your house will survive. The modern right simultaneously holds these two positions in their mind in absolute contradiction: that we must do what’s practical to survive, and we must never let them dishonor us further, until the consequences for resisting that dishonor become very real, and then it’s retreat to the next position that we swear to ourselves we will never retreat from, come hell or high water.

I am not just speaking of the “conservative” right or the mainstream right, I’m talking about the so called “dissident right” and far right.
When I first became aware of the depth and breadth of threats and evils facing us, I was incensed to my core. I was so angered that I lost 30 something lbs and upped by bench 40 something lbs in one summer, I changed everything about my life, I tried to mold myself into a weapon against this order. And then I kept living, kept listening to nick fuentes and reading and watching content from those even further right than him. And I did nothing. I kept listening, I kept living. We need to stop living this life if we aren’t willing to be desecrated and demoralized by it. Embrace a new radicalism, not one of policy, but one of the very actions that make up your life’s journey. This is how we keep the fire alive within us and keep from being conformed to politics.
God watches us in disgust. Sate some of his hunger for his sons and creations to enact justice and soothe God in His hour of weeping. Talk to talk and gender war to gender war is only further insulting the mercy and grace God has shown us thus far.

People are not convinced by arguments, they’re convinced by feelings.
If you cultivate in others a feeling reminiscent of the lost strength and masculinity, it will mean something far deeper to them than you objectively proving them wrong and yourself right in an argument. This is why they focus on shaming right wingers and trying to exile them, because they know that doesn’t necessarily cripple our arguments, but it cripples out ability to bond with normies and gain their trust, because if many of us did, those of us who exemplify their beliefs through their lives, those normies would be swayed at the very least to sympathy if not total agreement with our side.

Become someone so intoxicatingly romantic in your radicalism that normies must understand that you are an atavistic hero, a majestic beast of a man who is wrongly misunderstood, captivate them in the romance of honor and disregard for fear of death and fear of all things, love so deeply and undeservedly that they will feel guilty for ostracizing you for “unpopular opinions.” If you can. Then you will have won something, if only small, for us

>We must live more like Yukio Mishima

No.

>Yes, I know he was bisexual

No, he admired the beauty and strength of the human body, like any gymbro would. He had sex with women and was loved by them. Americans can only think in terms of fucking, so they read 'Confessions of a Mask' like it is their faggy reddit grooming USAID 'the cock that we'll suck tomorrow' type of novel.

>Yes, I know his life and death did nothing to liberate his country

His country didn't want to be liberated. They mocked him for standing against America and their satraps. His death was one that mirrored Jesus Christ, who also died standing against the puppets of Rome and Rome itself.

>But would any of us dare to risk our lives for action we believe in?

We won't do shit. He was more of a man than all of us combined and some.

> The modern right simultaneously holds these two positions in their mind in absolute contradiction: that we must do what’s practical to survive, and we must never let them dishonor us further, until the consequences for resisting that dishonor become very real, and then it’s retreat to the next position that we swear to ourselves we will never retreat from, come hell or high water

Based. We all have a choice: to live for nothing, or to die with meaning.

Mishima was at peace with death, and turned it into a performance. He was going to die in a suicide charge when he wasn't even 20 yo. This man was beyond the fear of death, and his literature shows how he works with the human spirit. He understood people at a near oniscient level. It is eerie, if it weren't fun and interesting.

Beautifully worded.

I wish more people would read the thread, but the sad and wrong accusation of bissexualism (gender is an american invention, all men desire women and all women desire men) in its second line will ruin it. That is exactly what kept Mishima as an "excentric" for decades, to stop americans from admiring a man who praised the kamikaze who sacrificed themselves in a beautiful attempt to drag as many mutts to hell with them.

Mishima would consider you the one good american.

Those first statements about his bisexuality and his death doing nothing to liberate his country were more concessions to those who believe such things than beliefs that I firmly hold, because even staring from the premise that those things are true, Mishima still is worth emulating. I don’t really know if he was bi but I can’t say with total confidence that he was straight. My point is to, like Mishima, turn your life into a performance that echoes your beliefs with the same disregard for fear and especially fear of death that he had.

Wait... he was a faggot?!

He wrote some things that people have interpreted as homoerotic, only because his abusive effeminizing grandmother literally forced him to stay away from all boys and forced him to play with girls and girl toys until his adolescence, which caused him to experience puberty and a deep desire to emulate and experience masculinity, which makes many things he wrote and said seem gay. I don’t really think he was truly gay or even bisexual, just a little fruity perhaps, and not his fault at that. He was romantically straight certainly. Unfortunately, the corners of the internet I’ve been in basically all write Mishima off because of this and because of his death. A lot of the Nick Fuentes followers used to he truly far right and in the last few years, have become very passive and deradicalized and a wave of “gay” and “died for nothing” accusations have emerged from these people as a result of this deradicalization. This is why I prefaced it the way I did, I fear it was completely unnecessary and counterproductive though as it seems people here have a generally positive view of Mishima and have not been taken by this anti vital, anti Mishima slop I’ve been inundated with

No, that is americans reading Confessions of a Mask (where he expresses admiration for the strength of the male body in the face of death and pain in the painting of St Sebastian) and trying to make him one of the groomers.

Pic related is a japanese-american gay pastor. This is what America does to a man.

Look at this for a second:
>weak chin
>weak demure
>fat body
>probably fears everything
>lives in an echochamber
>defends himself with words
>his entire faith revolves around comfort and life everlasting

Mishima would rather Japan sinks into the ocean than become this. Hell, Mishima is so sinisterly based he volunteered for a suicide Banzai charge and had to be kept out of the Philippiness attack because a doctor convinced himself that Mishima had tuberculosis.

This dude looked at what America would do to Japan and said, ABSOLUTE FUCKING NOT

Defend your faith with fervor against the great satan’s evangelicalism trying to destroy Holy Mother Church in your homeland and continent, the disease of evangelicalism is so corrupting to the soul and masculinity beyond comprehension for those outside of it. The time I pulled myself together was also the time I became Catholic. The evangelical church seems not so bad for the fervent belief of it’s followers until you see that it teaches them total cowardice towards the forces of evil and it truly corrupts the Gospel
