I'm voting Republican on November 3rd
Its going to be great
I'll make a whole day of it.
Go vote, get lunch, maybe go to the bar.

One man's tariff is another man's tax. All the 'horrible' tariffs levied by Trump on foreign governments are paid for by US citizens or US companies like Walmart. When Walmart pays the tariff as the importer, they pass it on to the American citizen. So, really it is a tax on Americans collected by the US Treasury. The twat'r is correct; a $5000 cheque distributed to the citizens is the definition of socialism.

Israel thanks you for your support

Why won't you be at work on a Tuesday morning?

Seems like you're posting this in every single thread.
Can you show your real flag?

>republicans are stupid niggers
But we already knew this.
>>
>>543777226
you're right, people are extraordinarily stupid and most of them are faggot progressives that somehow think the most centrally planned and globalized economy of all-time is actually capitalist
>>
>>543777226
It’s neither, that money will be printed out of thin air if they ever actually bothered to give it out.

It's like trump thought of ways for the government to make more revenue and one of his top ideas was shaking the plebs down for more shekels.
>>543778100
Election day is a legal state holiday here now.
>>
>>543777797
Why is it mostly Canadians I see bitching about them if they're so bad for Americans?
>>
>>543778763
>Dude, you’re hammering yourself in the dick
>haha ur just seething lol
>>
>>543777226
They're both idiots. Socialism isn't the govenrment spending money and checks for votes is a bribe that won't happen
>>
>>543778673
accurate. This country has been socialist at least since 2008 but probably much earlier. The difference is the so called "Capitalists" will have you believe that socialism is when the middle class steals from the rich or the poor.
>>
>>543777226
Hey guys, taxes are socialism! So we don't havecl to vote dsa right? We're in socialism now, hooray!
>>
>>543777226
imagine not knowing that tariffs are import taxes, and yet still feeling confident to reply with a comment like that. This is all of MAGA, a bunch of confident retards, but none actually understand anything about what they're talking about only repeating talking points fed to them. Loud stupid people are fucking insufferable.
>>
>>543777975
Ohhh sick burn. Voting red.
>>
>>543777797
Since you paid higher prices, why did Trump refund the corporations? The Supreme Court did not say he had to give to corporations, just that he had to refund tariffs. He could have already sent the check to (you)
>>
>>543777226
As long as that h1b anchor baby in Ohio loses I'll be happy. Hopefully the Republicans win everything else.
>>
>>543779181
I don't consider import or export tariffs as a tax. It's like considering a trade ban a tax. It'll just cause prices to go to their natural price instead of being offset by slave labor products.
>>
>>543777226
Is that what is considered socialism, being forced to pay taxes then getting it back?
If you paid less than $5,000 in taxes and got $5,000, I can understand. Otherwise it's just a refund.
>>
>>543779332
refund means you give it back to who was charged. Trump didn't refund the corporations, he just did what he had to do but didn't give enough of a fuck to make sure the refunds get back to the people. He doesn't give a shit about his MAGA monkeys, they already put him in power. He would rather make corporations happy because it benefits him more.
>>
>>543779181
It wouldn't be so bad if people treated retaliatory tariffs as a tax as well.
So many suddenly support tariffing US goods and don't care or even mention it's a tax on them.
>>
Imagine being an idealistic politics student until you start doing canvasing and interacting with real "people" in terms of politics and agenda. You'd either shoot yourself or realize the vine is ripe for picking.
>>
>>543779540
I don't give a shit what you consider, a tariff is a tax levied by a government on imported or exported goods no matter what happens in your head.
>>

Most Canadians saw the US as like a big brother. They felt like we were some sort of a team. Being told to fuck off or that nothing is needed of us hurt some of their fee fees.

We were cutting trees, extracting oil, smelting aluminum, mining potash so Americans could turn it into expensive products or food. If the US doesn't want them, someone else will. If nobody wants them the trees can stay standing and the oil can stay in the ground.

It was basically someone talked 'mean' to them and it made them mad. Most Canadians are polite and patient. When they feel like they treat everyone nicely, they get real mad when someone doesn't return the respect. Now they will all be mad for 30 years over this. All our friends sold their Florida places and many we know won't visit anymore. Trump doesn't care and most American's don't care.
>>
>Socialism is when the government gives you 5,000 dollars
The left was arguing like literally yesterday that free money was not, in fact, socialism, and that socialism is just about owning the means of production.

We can remember literally yesterday when they were saying this.
>>
>>543779773
If anything it's a tax on a separate government. I think of a tax as something a government does to its own people, not something done to a foreign government.
>>
>>543777226
>it's socialism and it doesn't work, chud!
>no wait i take it back please vote for our socialism shit shit shit
kek
>>
>>543778673
I don't understand how we're giving away money when we're already in massive debt. Why not use it to start paying some of that off?
>>
>>543779540
>muh feelings
the absolute state of rightoids, you're libshit tier nowadays
>>
>>543779913
they weren't, collective ownership of means of production is communism, socialists reject this as if it was a devil thing
you're making it about your feelings shitlib
>>
>>543779777
>When they feel like they treat everyone nicely, they get real mad when someone doesn't return the respect.
How the fuck are Canadians still tolerating jeets and their politicians who brought them over?
I would have imagined NAFTA would be a huge offense to Canadians.
>>
>>543780098
There were no DOGE checks.
There will be no checks, even if Republicans win.
>>
>>543780226
I can remember yesterday when they said this so no amount of words will change my memory.
>>
>>543777226
Trump is the best proponent of socialism of all time. Even better than Marx himself.
>>
>>543777226
I'm tempted to vote Republican just so Republicans can win and I can laugh when Trump won't give anyone a dime and Republicans will make a dozen excuses for why it's OK.
>>
>>543780162
Liberals love cheap slave labor. Democrats even fought a civil war to keep access to slave labor. They will do anything to have access to cheap slave labor. The problem with slave labor goods is that it undercuts paid labor making wages go down. Only people making money are import merchants and the wealthy.
>>
>>543780337
But why even entertain the idea when our debt is so fucking high? Any kind of windfall we get should go straight to paying off the debt.
>>
>>543778763
Retard. MAGA tariffs are the biggest tax increase on Americans basically ever. It's making all of our shit more expensive.
>>
>>543780386
>muh poor brown people! think of the browns 3000 miles away!
the absolute state
>>
>>543777226
I'll put the $5k Liberty Dividend alongside my DOGE and tariff rebate checks
>>
>>543780509
One of the biggest tax increases.
I remember when the ACA forced millions of Americans to buy health insurance or face a tax.
>>
>>543780556
I don't care about their slaves. I care about our people in the USA having to compete against communist slavery products (browns).

>>
>>543779915
See if we believed the same thing this would be the moment we can end the conversation and agree. The problem is Trump told you a bunch of made up bullshit again and you just eat it up, and now you legitimately believe that tariffs are a tax on foreign governments not a tax on American people. These conversations are painful.
>>
>>543780870
Think of it this way. A trade embargo would cause prices to go up, but it wouldn't be a tax. I see tariffs as a weaker version of a trade embargo. Prices are artificially depressed when we import goods from slave labor countries, but the same happens to wages. Think of free trade as a tax on the value of your labor.
>>
>>543777772
I know the joke is that both parties are shit and they both support israel more than anything but themselves
>>
H1bs are kinda similar to free trade. Both lower wages for Americans and increase profit for business owners. Prices might go up, but more Americans would have more money so it works out.
>>
>>543777226
America is one of those countries that could have a great social democracy they have the wealth to be uber denmark in every corner of the country, but they dont have it because the jews love to torture them.
