A few minor issues start to creep in, nothing concrete yet but you begin to become aware that you are not quite like you were before. Then once you hit mid 30s then things really start going down hill. Everything hurts constantly. You'll develop at least once chronic illness, and if you had any health problems already they will get turned up to 11.

But life just keeps going and eventually I realized that all the things I was worried about were behind me.
