Everything oil related is definitely "national security", so who knows if the numbers are real or if trump signed a secret order to stop exports below a certain number. If it were me I'd be buying the cheap WTI and selling it elsewhere with a vessel chartered for a year or more. Spot tanker prices are crazy high but if it is contracted for years it is much cheaper. Just buy futures in the US and sell them in europe or asia with a contracted boat and you shouldn't lose any money even if this war ends.
