Economic uncertainty has meant that companies don't want to risk hiring entry level roles that will take time and investment, especially when they can just abuse visa programs and bring over people who are essentially bound to them. And they still post jobs to look like they're growing, often simply wasting the time of poor zoomer grads trying to job hunt.

The US job market needs to be glassed right now and Im not a zoomer. Its just God awful at this point.
