You can only justify order that exists. Philosophy is live of wisdom. It does not discover disembodied universal truths. The era of definition and axiom and systemic structure is superior for mining existentially affirmative propositions when compared to the civilizational sewer of degrading humiliation and spiritual dissolution that is Process Philosophy. But it is nevertheless cultural in scope. It is tied to a natural or societal order. It supports it, is handmaiden to it. It's not handed down by technicians and engineers. It isn't reductionistic, abstract, ahistorical. It doesn't seek to remake reality in its own image.
